Feedbase Terms of Service
Welcome to Feedbase! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Feedbase ("the Product"). By accessing or using Feedbase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Product.
Evan Yang ("Company", “we”, “us”, or “our”) reserves the right to update and change these Terms of Service without notice.
1. Subscription and Payments
1.1 Subscription: Feedbase is offered on a monthly subscription basis. By subscribing to our service, you gain access to the features and functionalities available as part of your chosen subscription plan.
1.2 Payment: To access the Product, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as specified on our website. Payments will be charged on a monthly basis, starting from the date you subscribe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified fees to your chosen payment method.
1.3 Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle, unless you choose to cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 3 ("Cancellation and Refunds").
1.4 Fee Changes: We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees. However, any changes will be communicated to you in advance, and you will have the opportunity to accept or decline the new fees before they come into effect.
2. License and Use
2.1 License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Feedbase solely for your internal business purposes.
2.2 Restrictions: You may not, without our express written consent:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Product;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code;
- Use the Product to build a competitive product or service;
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1 Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the Feedbase website. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
3.2 Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial periods or unused portions of your subscription. If you choose to cancel, you will continue to have access to Feedbase until the end of your current billing cycle.
4. Privacy and Data Security
4.1 Privacy: Protecting your data and privacy is of utmost importance to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use Feedbase. By using the Product, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Ownership: Feedbase and all associated intellectual property rights belong to Feedbase. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6.1 The Product is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that Feedbase will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. You acknowledge that your use of the Product is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 In no event shall Feedbase be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of Feedbase, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
